HOW TO USE

• Step 1 - Apply half a tablespoon amount into your hands, add water into your palm and massage over damp skin. The more water you use, the lighter the exfoliant, so customise to your skin's needs.
• Step 2 - Use damp cool sponges to remove, rinse and dry your skin with a towel.
• Step 3 - Follow with your prescribed masque.

I recommend using a masque straight after exfoliating to get the full benefits.
