HOW TO USE: To get the full Cosy Nights experience allow the candle to fully pool so the wax burns evenly. 

• Burn for minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours. 
• Trim the wicks before every use, no shorter than 5mm. 
• As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques... breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through the mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
